Acrylic is shatter-proof (no broken glass surprises in shipping), lighter weight, and our premium options block 99% of UV rays to protect your art from fading. It’s optically comparable to glass — most people can’t tell the difference. Glass glazing is available for wholesale and business clients upon request.

Every frame is custom-made to your specifications and typically ships within 7 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship across Canada and to the United States.

Shipping within Canada is $14.99 CAD, or free on orders over $199 CAD. Shipping to the United States is $24.99 CAD, or free on orders over $249 CAD. US orders are generally duty-free under the USMCA agreement.

Because every frame is custom-made to your exact specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives with a defect or shipping damage, we’ve got you covered — email us a photo of the issue within 14 days and we’ll replace the affected part at no charge. We replace only the defective component (frame, print, glazing, or mat) to minimize waste.

A passe-partout is a decorative border between the frame and the artwork. It adds depth, protects the art from touching the glazing, and enhances the visual presentation. Our configurator automatically suggests industry-standard mat widths based on your photo size, and you can customize the width and color to your preference.

Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean the acrylic glazing with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid paper towels (they can scratch acrylic) and never spray cleaner directly on the frame — spray the cloth first. For UV-protective glazing, the coating will protect your art from fading for years.
